Welcome to Total Disharmony! First, let me say welcome and that we are glad to have you aboard. We will be fleshing out the site more and more every day so be sure to check back in regularily. Also, your input and advice is welcome so please feel free to message any officer or to start a topic on whatever you may have thoughts on. This is just meant as an initial FAQ to give you an idea of what we are all about and where we plan on going in the future. So without more delay:
What is the core ideal of Total Disharmony?
There really isn't just one but the most important is respect. Disrespect towards the guild, members, or even other people in the game will not be tolerated. You are representing us out there and showing respect and maturity is critical.
We want a guild were people look forward to coming on and having fun. Socializing with new found friends and simply enjoying the game. That is what Total Disharmony is about.
What do you guys plan on doing with this site? Looks empty right now.
That's because, as many of you know, putting up a site and fleshing it out are not easy task. It will be worked on every day by someone and we plan on having everything from private chat lines to member videos and pictures up soon.
We are also looking for people that have experience in this and wouldn't mind helping out w/the site from everything from Forum Moderation to site management. PM any officer if you feel like doing something here.
What is the deal with the rank system?
We are basing the rank completely on time spent with the guild and will have a system worked out soon were you also be able to advance in rank, and therefore priveledges, based on how much you contribute. Contributions can range
from everything from helping w/the site, recruitment, vault donations etc. Consequently, members that draw/leech more than they give back will be held back and/or demoted. One promise that will be made by us, no favoritism. This
is a community based on solid principles, not a favoritism show down.
You guys mentioned activities, what is up with that?
We will be actively recruiting soon to increase the member base (feel free to PM any guild member w/any friends or people you want to bring in.) Once we have a few more we will be scheduling events on your calendar. You can attend or
not at your discretion. The events will range from birthday parties, contest, meetings, raids, and so forth. We will also be setting a schedule, once we have a few more willing higher levels members, of people to help between certain hours
every day with dungeons runs and leveling. All of us are available to help, if we are not in the middle of something, but this way you will know when and whom to ask for sure for help on any day.
How do the officers of the guild look at us?
You are a valued memeber of this guild. We will promise to show you respect and listen to any ideas and concerns you may have with an open mind. In fact, we want you to voice yourselves. This is a social guild, not a loners guild.
On that note, what's up with the voice chat?
We have been using skype (a free voice client). We will have it fleshed out soon where a member will open a conference call for any member to join in on every night. We want you to come, join in, and get to know each and one another
better.
Well, I'll end here for now. Please be patient with us as we continue to flesh this all out. We know exactly what we want to do but it will take time to implement every part.
